Introduction:

Accounting and Finance Manager Salary: 60,000 120,000 THB/month Location: Pluakdaeng, Rayong

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the overall accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting.
2. Ensure accurate and timely closing of the books at year-end, quarterly, and monthly.
3. Understand and apply Thailands BOI (Board of Investment) regulations and requirements.
4. Prepare, submit, and manage all necessary BOI applications and documentation to ensure compliance with BOI incentives and benefits.
5. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals and BOI regulations.
6. Develop and maintain internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure the reliability of financial reporting.
7. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met.
8. Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits, ensuring all necessary documents and records
9. Stay updated on changes in BOI policies, Thai accounting practices, and industry trends to recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience in accounting and finance
3. Strong understanding of Thailand's BOI regulations and compliance requirements.
4. Excellent knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
