Our client a financial Asia Group is looking for a highly organized and meticulous Executive – Service Centre to be the backbone of our operations team, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to our clients. This role is crucial for managing administrative workflows, coordinating client services, and maintaining the highest level of data integrity.
What You Will Do
Operational Support: Be the primary administrative support for the Operations team, which includes preparing, sorting, and processing crucial client and case documents, and maintaining a robust, organized filing and record-keeping system.
Client Appointment Coordination: Efficiently schedule and book medical and follow-up appointments for clients with external providers (clinics, hospitals, labs), managing the end-to-end logistics to ensure timely and seamless service.
Data & Confidentiality Management: Take ownership of the client database, ensuring all information is meticulously updated, accurate, and handled with the strictest adherence to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
Communication Hub: Act as the central point of contact by managing and prioritizing incoming correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of Case Managers, ensuring professional and prompt communication.
External Provider Liaison: Coordinate and maintain effective communication with external service providers to facilitate service delivery and resolve any operational queries.
Reporting & Documentation: Assist in the preparation of key reports, case summaries, and operational presentations to provide management with clear insights into service delivery performance.
Process Improvement: Proactively identify and execute other administrative and operational tasks to continuously support and enhance the overall efficiency of the team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in written and spoken Chinese to accurately interpret and process official documents and handle necessary correspondence.
Experience Preference: While we are open to high-caliber fresh graduates who are eager to learn and demonstrate strong organizational skills, candidates with a background in insurance operations, claims, or a related financial service environment are highly preferred.
