Introduction:

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all production and maintenance operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and integrated teamwork.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the entire production operations (including various fertilizer formulas) to meet targets in terms of quality, quantity, and cost, with a strong focus on production optimization.
2. Control and manage production costs, including Factory Overhead, to ensure efficient resource utilization. Manage capital expenditures (CapEx) in accordance with the master plan, closely monitoring implementation and results.
3. Direct and coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering departments to ensure continuous, efficient, and reliable production processes. This includes overseeing managers for Engineering & Maintenance, TPM & Planning, Electrical & Instrumentation, Civil Engineering, and Packaging Maintenance.
4. Plan and manage large-scale projects with a value of not less than 10 million THB, ensuring alignment with defined objectives, timelines, and budgets.
5. Develop workforce strategies to build a capable team that supports business growth. Oversee approximately 140 technical staff, including managers and supervisors across various production and maintenance departments.
6. Supervise shift work and 24-hour production operations to ensure continuity and emergency readiness. Promote a performance-oriented, efficient, and safety-driven workplace culture, ensuring alignment with HSE policies.
7. Actively contribute to transforming the organizational culture from a siloed approach to a more integrated and collaborative working environment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in production/manufacturing management, with a preference for continuous manufacturing environments.
3. At least 7 years in a managerial role overseeing production teams, with experience managing teams of 100-200 people.
4. Proven project management experience with project values exceeding 10 million THB.
5. Knowledge of Lean/Kaizen principles is an advantage.
6. Ability to work on shifts and during holidays as required, and adaptable to non-traditional weekend schedules.
7. Capable of working under time constraints and high-pressure situations.
8. Possesses an "Integrated Culture" mindset to support organizational transformation.
