Introduction:

We are retained to look for a high-potential individual to be a key member of our client Human Resource team. Reporting to CHRO, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) position provides hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues: talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, and training. You will play an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs/talent initiatives forward within the group , ensuring they align with the business objectives. You will manage various HR programs and services and function as a point of contact for HR-related requests across the Asia region. Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Partner with leaders and department head to develop and drive business outcomes and implement business and people strategies.
Provide generalist HR support across the full employee life cycle and support wider HR projects. Key areas of work will include talent management, performance management, employee relations, reward and recognition, succession planning and HR initiatives and solutions.
Develop and administer various programs to meet employee needs and drive high levels of employee engagement that in turn creates an environment that encourages open, inclusive, and productive collaboration.
Communicate and serve as a resource for employees at all levels on HR programs, practices, and processes.
Partner with the Total Rewards to manage the communication of and administration of employee health, wellness, and other discretionary benefit programs 
Oversee the onboarding activities and work with Hiring Managers to ensure new joiners are equipped for success in the role.
Facilitate conflict resolution and management of any employee matters/processes in accordance with applicable law 
Advise management and employees on interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
Stay current with changes in employment law and emerging trends in Singapore; work with the Legal team to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Support team by ensuring operational excellence and effective HR service delivery and serve as a back-up for all HR Operations areas.

Requirements:


To qualify for this role, 
You have at least diploma or Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a business-related field, or equivalent work experience in Retail, hospitality or F&B sectors within minimum total workforce of 500
Minimum of five years of experience in human resources with a business advisory background
Self-starter with the ability to do what needs to be done without being micromanaged.
Excellent command of English & good at writing to communicate with especially Europe region 
Proven experience in writing internal business operations policies, employment policies, employment Contract, training contracts with past regional role in Asia 
Understand in workplace security & safety protocol & demonstrated full knowledge of HR practices , guiding principles on labour rights, salary and benefits to align business outcome. 

Strong business acumen, in-depth knowledge of the business and client group, and the ability to effectively implement HR strategies to support business goals.
Ability to engender trust and confidence and become a sought-out resource.
Experience working with all levels in a commercially focused organization.
