Introduction:

a. To cut and support cut pieces to sewing production on time and complete to avoid short shipment and delay of production b. To save cost by increasing productivity and maintain good quality of cut panel for sewing line and ensure no wastages. Monitor Cutting Planning & Efficiency to drive over shipment Manage Cutting Process & Manpower arrangement (Direct/Indirect) Control fabric usage/Consumption to drive cost saving Return excess fabric to warehouse within 48hrs after order finished cut Control Quality Output Report on time Maintain safety & 6S Manage Departmental Cost

Responsibilities:

1. To follow production line schedule and coordinate with relevant dept. in order to meet shipment date
2. Follow up and prepares material item like (fabric, marker. MI etc.) before production starts.
3. Closely monitoring pilot run test to avoid delay in bulk cutting.
4. To do cutting production plan base on shipment schedule
5. Prepares cutting estimate report both for GGF and subcontractors prior to bulk cutting
6. Direct reporting to PPC for any over consumption of marker or under purchased of fabric, trims and accessories.
7. Check production marker for best adjustment.
8. Double check on marker for the correct style, ratio and combined parts.
9. Monitors fabric consumption and fabric defects found in cutting table.
10. To give direction on cutting methods and preventive measure required to produce good quality of production cut pieces
11. To prepare cutting order record and fabric requisition and issuance form.
12. To organize cutting accessories related to sewing.
13. Monitors cut qty on day-to-day basis of every order until completed.
14. To submit: cutting completion report to all related dept.
15. To arrange return of balance or reject fabric to store once order qty is completed.
16. To monitor subordinate jobs and appraise them accordingly.
17. To keep clean and pleasant working environment.
18. To control cutting dept. cost and expenses.
19. To protect company properties and interest.
20. Other jobs require by the management.

Requirements:

To supervise and monitor cutting production and quality of cutting processes

Minimum Education / Qualifications

Finished high school

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience

10 year experience with cutting dept

Knowledge/Skills

Can manage 100 workers or above
