Introduction:

A well established US based B2B electronic online ordering platform located in Kwai Hing, Hong Kong is hiring customer services officer to cope with the growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customers enquiries and orders of pre-sales and after-sales via call, email and web chat in a timely and professional manner
•              Process orders and quotations submitted via email and Internet
•              Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above
•              2 years or above of customer services experience gained in call centre/ customer service
•              Good command of spoken and written English (HKCEE with Grade D or HKDSE with Level 3 or above) , Chinese & Mandarin
•              Proficient in PC Skills, including Word, Excel
