Marketing Executive (Customer Service)
Introduction:
Our client, a fast growing Bunker Oil Supplier is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain good relationship with customers
- Actively involved in the daily bunker trading activates, follow up sales inquiries and coordinate with suppliers
- Issue quotations, monitor customers' delivery / update progress status and provide after-sales support by providing excellent customer service
- Liaise with various parties to facilitate daily operation
- Prepare monthly reports consolidation and others related documents
- Responsible for Singapore, Europe and Japan market
- Travel to overseas occassionally
- 13 months salary, bonus (discretionary)
- 11 days annual leave
- Medical insurance coverage
- 5-day work
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or Degree holder
- Possess good written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- 2-3 years of customer service or sales experience in any industry, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Flight attendant is welcome
- Good interpersonal & communication skills with external & internal parties
- Strong analytical and quantitative skill
- Capable of multi-tasking and work in a fast pace environment
- MS office
