Customer Administrator (Closing Specialist)
Introduction:
Our client, offering resorts and vacation properties around the world (based in Singapore) is looking for the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Support team and/or department business objectives. Generally, work independently by following established guidelines to determine the validity of contract, loan and closing documents and follow through to resolution.
- Ensure quality contract document procedures and suggest improvements.
- Respond to internal and external requests for information regarding closing disbursement, contract documents, preparing and distributing reports as required to appropriate parties.
- Contract Closing Process
- 13 months salary
- 16 days annual leave
- Medical Insurance coverage
- Public Holidays
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Fluent spoken/written English
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Administration of Hospitality industry is preferred
- With Legal background is an advantage
- Good communication skills and a good team player
- Microsoft Excel & Word
