Company Secretarial Manager(Corporate Services) - 5 days, Urgent
Introduction:
My client, a well established professional firm is seeking a high caliber talent for the above position urgently.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of company secretarial for the portfolio of clients (listed/private companies) including establishment, winding up or other corporate actions.
- Manage client’s company incorporation for both Hong Kong and offshore companies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above qualification
- 7 years or above experience in corporate secretarial service field in professional firm
- Member of HKICS/ACG/ICSA
- Good language skills (Cantonese, English and Mandarin)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
