Introduction:
Lead and oversee the Company's finance, accounting, regulatory compliance, and investor relations functions. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, represent the Company in communications with investors and stakeholders, support strategic investments, joint ventures, and M&A activities, and drive the execution of corporate strategies to achieve sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of the Company's finance, accounting, treasury, and investor relations functions, ensuring strong financial governance, regulatory compliance and sustainable value creation.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable financial reporting, accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including those of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC), the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) and other relevant authorities.
- Direct and supervise accounting operations to ensure accurate, timely and transparent financial reporting.
- Serve as the Company's primary spokesperson for communications with investors, analysts, shareholders and the investment community.
- Drive and support the Company's strategic growth initiatives, including investment expansion, new business opportunities, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
- Provide strategic financial insights, recommendations and execution plans to support the Company's long-term business strategy and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to optimize financial performance, capital allocation, and risk management.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and business performance management.
- Establish and strengthen financial governance, internal controls and corporate compliance across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline. A master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of management experience in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Investment, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of direct experience in accounting and/or Auditing.
- Experience working with a publicly listed company is highly preferred, particularly with strong knowledge of SET and SEC regulations and reporting requirements.
- Solid expertise in financial management, corporate finance, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and financial modeling.
- Demonstrated experience in investment analysis, strategic planning, joint ventures and mergers & acquisitions will be a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive management, investors and external stakeholders.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (TOEIC score of 750 or above preferred).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
