Introduction:

What you will do:

Lead and manage the overall management of the company including the day-to-day operations of the portfolio

Lead and oversee the engineering team, marketing, fundraising, quality assurance, clinical trial & regulatory activities to achieve investment objectives/ milestones

Lead development of product commercialization and regulatory strategies, including working with the team to select & manage subcontractors and vendors

Lead the business development, fundraising and sales & marketing efforts

Lead and oversee the company finances, including budget, projections, and audit preparations

Implement and manage company intellectual property portfolio and registration, clinical trials, and regulatory plans with the objective of having the product commercialized based on milestones

Drive profiling of the company including representation at conferences, trade shows and outreach to clinical partners and corporates

Responsibilities:

- Must have startup experience or fundraising background

- should have done medical devices

- preferred is PR or Singaporean

Requirements:

What you should have:

Master or Degree in Mechanical / Biomedical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Good technical knowledge in medical device, electronic & electrical or software/medical imaging

Strong business acumen, able to drive and execute business model and sales and marketing strategy

At least 8 years working experience in project management Previous startup experience, including raising capital preferred

Good understanding of medical devices regulatory, quality systems and clinical pathway

Experience in regulatory submissions (FDA) and ISO13485 an added advantage

Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong leadership skill. Able to lead the team in continuous improvement

Proficient in budgeting, forecasting and corporate finance

Strong analytical skills, with problem-solving abilities in ambiguous situations

Experience working with regional team will be an added advantage
