Case Manager New Business to play a critical role in supporting the sales consultants and ensuring the seamless processing of complex insurance applications for their high-net-worth clientele. You will be the central point of contact for managing new business applications, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Streamline Application Process: Expertly navigate and manage the entire new business application process, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, process flows, and underwriting requirements.
Accurate Sales Illustrations: Prepare and deliver precise sales illustrations to business partners and sales consultants, ensuring clarity and compliance.
Proactive Case Management: Maintain consistent and proactive communication with sales consultants to facilitate the efficient preparation and management of insurance applications.
Timely Communication: Provide professional and timely updates on application status to team members and sales consultants, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
CRM Data Integrity: Accurately and promptly input client, meeting, and case file information into the CRM system, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
Document Submission Excellence: Ensure accurate and timely submission of all new business documents, adhering to strict deadlines.
Collaborative Support: Provide comprehensive support to team members with sales illustrations, case management, medical requirements, and presentations.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with the group internal policies and procedures, as well as MAS regulatory requirements.
Financial Liaison: Effectively liaise between the New Business and Finance teams regarding paid reports and other business and financial reports.
Adaptable Support: Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in policy administration within an insurance brokerage or financial services environment.
HNW Expertise (Preferred): Prior experience handling high-net-worth clients and complex insurance cases is a significant advantage.
Insurance Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of insurance products, policy servicing processes, and compliance regulations.
Communication & Relationship Skills: Exceptional relationship development, communication, and presentation skills.
Time Management & Multitasking: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, effectively managing multiple tasks.
MUST have experience in same role dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners in China
CRM Experience: A strong understanding of CRM systems.
