 Understand current business process, analyze business data to propose insight for new innovations, business process development & improvement.

 Analyze & Mapping Business Process.

 Identifying and prioritize enhancements to existing process, systems, tools, and analytics.

 Synthesize complex processes to communicate with decision makers.

 Translate business requirements into system and process improvement solutions to optimize and enhance operation efficiency.

 Set up project plan, manage resources and budget, coordinate, control, communicate to stakeholders and implement the assigned projects to ensure the objectives are met successfully in a timely manner.

 Act as a change agent to instill lean and digital culture throughout the organization.

 Approach work with a solution driven, user-driven, and analytical mindset.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields

 Experience in Lean and Six sigma.

 Have Black belt certificate

 Great fluent communications in English – both writing and speaking

 Presentation skills with good leadership potential speaking 

 Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines

 Good problem-solving skills and conceptual thinking

 Good computer skills – Ms. Word/Ms. Excel/ Ms. PowerPoint
