Introduction:

Our client is now looking for an accomplished Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives and expand market presence. This pivotal role will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, fostering key partnerships, and contributing to the organization's continued commercial success

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and nurture strong relationships with key B2B clients including designers, architects, property developers, and other professional customers.
  2. Serve as a solutions expert for our premium home dcor, lighting, tableware, jewelry, and lifestyle collections.
  3. Demonstrate genuine interest in understanding clients' projects and requirements, offering tailored recommendations that build trust and position you as a valued consultant.
  4. Effectively communicate our brand story and value proposition through compelling presentations.
  5. Proactively pursue sales targets, generate profitable revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and maintain accurate client records in our CRM system.
  6. Cultivate relationships with decision-makers through strategic engagement including sales visits, principal introductions, networking events, digital communications, and when appropriate, international trade shows.
  7. Collaborate with colleagues across the Group to maximize business opportunities.
  8. Support the Regional Business Development Director in commercial activities across Southeast Asia wholesale channels.
  9. Implement commercial strategies aligned with overall brand direction.
  10. Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all distribution channels.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree required, with relevant industry experience and established connections among interior designers, architects, property developers, and hospitality professionals.
  2. Minimum 5 years of sales experience; familiarity with luxury furniture, kitchen systems, or high-end dcor products is advantageous. Business-to-business sales background preferred.
  3. Demonstrates balanced account management and business development skills, combining relationship nurturing with proactive new client acquisition. Results-driven with determination to exceed targets.
  4. Self-assured professional with strong commercial instincts and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  5. Fluent English communication skills, with an approachable personality and meticulous attention to detail.
