Introduction:

WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut)

Responsibilities:

1. Handle all BOI-related activities and ensure compliance with BOI regulations.
2. Manage import procedures for machinery and raw materials, coordinating with Customs and government authorities.
3. Prepare and verify documents related to import, export, and transportation processes.
4. Maintain accurate inventory and material accounting for BOI reporting.
5. Process BOI privilege applications such as import duty exemption, raw material import, and refund requests.
6. Coordinate BOI approvals for new machinery, raw materials, expansion, and amendment of BOI privileges.
7. Liaise effectively with relevant government agencies and logistics providers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in BOI operations within a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong knowledge of BOI regulations, customs procedures, and import/export processes.
4. Good relationship with government officers and related agencies.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation management.
6. Well-organized, responsible, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
