Introduction:

Our client, a rapidly expanding financial service company is currently in search of an Associate Portfolio Manager under the newly established Asset Management team

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the head of fund management to manage segregate portfolios and Funds Experienced candidate may be authorized to manage his/her own segregate portfolio.
• Involving day to day fund management and liaising with the transaction and asset management teams.
• The successful candidate will also be responsible for client reporting and various marketing tasks.
• Successful applicants will also have exposure to, and some responsibility for asset allocation and risk management to ensure the most efficient use of investor capital

Requirements:

• A minimum requirement of 5 years working experience with fund management.
• Knowledge of financial markets and asset management.
• Self-motivated and enable to lead a team to manage a segregate portfolio 
• Must have a deep understanding of investment concepts and have a strong working knowledge of investment strategies and tactics.       
• Strong communication skills.
• Willing to work with colleagues, and other teams in a collaborative manner.
• Possess a high level of personal integrity and a passion for achieving competitive results.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and Bloomberg
