End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring all initiatives remain within scope, on schedule, and compliant with budget requirements.
Stakeholder Liaison: Establish and maintain clear communication channels between customers, internal project teams, and third-party vendors.
Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and deliver professional status reports tailored for diverse audiences, including executive management.
Strategic Planning: Develop realistic project schedules that account for resource availability and critical dependencies while proactively resolving potential bottlenecks.
Client Relations: Build lasting relationships with customers by providing transparent, timely updates on project milestones and addressing concerns immediately.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is required.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and specialized tools such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or BIM.
Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in writing detailed scopes of work for construction subcontractors.
Project Versatility: Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, with experience in test planning, installation, and implementation.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation and communication abilities, with the capacity to quickly master Entrance System applications.
