Admin and Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day transactions and manage tax calculations.
  • Complete accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) tasks.
  • Perform budgeting and bookkeeping procedures promptly.
  • Prepare a financial report and proposals to meet a tight deadline.
  • Support other finance and non-finance team members.
  • Coordinate with government offices or suppliers.
  • Handle all administration jobs or others as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or in any related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting or a similar role
  • Possess knowledge of accounting, tax, VAT, and withholding tax.
  • Great computer skills, proficiency in MS Office, and office supplies
  • Good command of English and communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Service-minded with a good attitude and able to work under pressure
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated and has the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Xero accounting software is preferred.
