Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage accounting and financial systems under an effective internal control framework.
- Understand and supervise ERP systems to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Design and analyze financial statements, cost accounting, and managerial accounting reports.
- Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts, and provide financial management support to executives.
- Develop short-term and long-term tax planning strategies.
- Apply accounting standards to prepare consolidated financial statements and supporting reports in accordance with shareholder requirements.
- Oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Costing, and Taxation.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing processes to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and cost variance analysis to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and government agencies regarding financial and taxation matters.
- Ensure compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), BOI requirements, and all related accounting and tax regulations.
- Review and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Prepare financial reports, management reports, and business performance analysis for senior management and shareholders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual business planning activities.
- Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team to improve performance and maintain high professional standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments such as Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales to support business operations and cost control initiatives.
- Analyze financial risks and recommend appropriate solutions to support business growth and sustainable profitability.
- Handle ad hoc assignments and financial projects assigned by top management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPD license is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in accounting and finance within manufacturing or industrial businesses.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience leading accounting teams.
- Strong knowledge of costing, taxation, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or related systems.
- Good understanding of Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systematic thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
