Introduction:

Our client , a leading education Centre s currently hiring for Administrative assistant to join the team.

Responsibilities:

·          To perform daily office administrative work, e.g., handling calls, mails, data entry, filing, preparing reports.

·         To provide an all-round administrative support and ensure a smooth office operation.

·         Responsible for coordination and communication amongst internal staffs and customers.

·         To provide daily administrative and clerical support to the team

·         Handle ad hoc projects and works as assigned 

Requirements:

·         Diploma in Business Administration or other related discipline 

·         Pro-active, be responsible, willing to work under pressure

·         reliable, self-motivative, out-going, positive attitude and willing to learn

·         patient and friendly with kids 

·         Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin
