Introduction:

An establish Real Estate enterprise is hiring an Assistant Vice President for F&B/Lifestyle leasing to join their expansion plan

Responsibilities:

• Lead the retail leasing functions for F&B and Lifestyle;
• Formulate leasing strategies and planning trade/tenant mix, and ensure its effective implementation;
• Coordinate the department’s activities to ensure consistency and compliance of Leasing’s policies and procedures;
• Attend to all leasing enquiries, secure appointments and assist viewings with prospective tenants and agents;
• Handle and track lease negotiations for new leases and renewals to ensure full occupancy of the mall;
• Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships as well as handle any grievances;
• Attend to all tenancy-related matters and any other duties as assigned
• Provide guidance and supervision to the junior staff

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma
• 8 years of F&B /Lifestyle Leasing experience
• Sales Driven and Strong Leadership Skill
• Good Listener
