Introduction:

The IT Analyst for Data Center is responsible for managing and supporting the IT Data Center's infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, backups, networks, and security. This role ensures everything runs smoothly 24/7 according to company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of IT Data Center systems, including servers, storage, backups, virtualization, and network security.
• Collaborate in IT projects by planning and completing assigned tasks efficiently.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting technical issues related to IT infrastructure and systems.
• Identify, source, and implement IT services to align with business objectives.
• Monitor and maintain uninterrupted 24/7 data center operations while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Apply ITIL practices for incident management, change management, and problem resolution.
• Develop and manage IT documentation, training materials, and knowledge repositories.
• Promote a culture of safety, environmental care, and compliance by addressing risks and initiating preventive measures.

Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing timely and accurate updates on tasks and project progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT systems or a related field.
• Proficiency in Windows technologies, IT security, and applications.
• Certifications such as MCSE, ITIL, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in managing data centers and IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to work in multinational teams or organizations.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for working effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
