Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire process of quality control, including incoming material inspection, process monitoring, and customer complaint handling.
• Leading to implementing the organization's problem-solving process and system.
• Organizing and conducting the quality status meeting of the New model project product.
• Coordinating with production teams to ensure delivery of New model products by each change level.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Defect management: perform defect logging, follow defect life cycle, and create defect reports. Estimate, prioritize, arrange, and coordinate testing operations, and then undertake rigorous testing once defects have been fixed.
• To attend to all complaints brought to attention and ensure that all complaints are resolved to customers satisfaction.
• Comply with all IATF & ISO established procedures, which includes maintaining up-to-date IATF16949, ISO9001 documentation and preparation for external audit.
• Initiating, coordinating, and following up on New model defect root cause analysis, and defect elimination.
• Implementing corrective and preventive action together with production.
• Driving corrective actions and continuous improvement programs for the New model project together with the process engineering.
• Reporting the performance of the New model to the Management team at appropriate intervals. Maintaining drawings & specifications that define the New model product & quality standards.
• Establishing process documents to execute and flawlessly launch APQP and PPAP.
• Implementing, Developing, and Maintaining process flow, FMEA Control plan, WI, and related documents.
• Performing reliability studies on all measuring/ testing equipment used in the production process under MSA.
• Maintaining customer complaint log and facilitating and participating in the corrective.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Instrument Engineer, Applied Physics or any related fields (Mechatronics, Mechanical and Control System).
• 8 - 10 years or more of experience as a Quality Assurance professional in precision metal part industry, automotive industry or a background in the manufacturing industry.
• Able to communicate in English well, both speaking and writing are preferable.
• Results-oriented problem solver with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Solid background in IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Experience with IATF 16949 Lead Auditor / Audit Certification is advantage.
