Recruitment & Selection Compensation & Benefit Management Training & Development Organization Development Employee Relations

Responsibilities:

•   Analyze job requirements. How do we acquire qualified people
• Employee Orientation and follow up on progress after accepting the job
• Supervise and manage Compensation Management welfare and work labor relations 
•  Supervise and design and development of long-term training courses (TRM) and preparation of annual training plans, supervise internal / external training to comply with the regulations set
• Planning, controlling and managing projects/activities. The development of the organization responsible for efficiency and achievement of goals, as well as preparing reports to present progress reports, presenting opinions to improve tools, working methods, new systems in organizational development 
•  Labor Relations (Labor Law)
•  Employee Relations

Requirements:

• Graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher. Human Resource Management or another related field
•       Experience in human resource management and personal administration for 8 years or more at the supervisor level.
•       Knowledge and expertise in labor law. labor relations, recruitment, compensation management, welfare and social security Personnel development and training including employee performance appraisals (PMS)
•       Knowledge and experience in procurement and management of competency systems and setting KPIs.
