Engineer – Painting , Production

Introduction:
Location: Banbueng Chonburi
Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
- Monitor paint manufacturing methods utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts
- Develop and implement Kaizens to achieve shop targets
- Process planning and modifications (current/new model development)
- Investigate product quality changes as well as facility changes needed related to current/new model development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Process Engineering, Painting, Tooling
- Knowledge/experience in Lean / Six Sigma, Kaizen , Die , Painting pretreatment system will be advantage.
- Strong in Engineering mindset and hands-on.
- Background related to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 .
- Computer literacy
- Able to communicate in English
