Our Client is seeking for Customer Service & Sale Support Position (1 Year Contract), The primary responsibility will be to support Sales Representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers through various channels and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Planning and Operation team including Coordinate with Logistics / Forwarder to ensure shipment on time delivery per customer expectation with no impact to quality and cost.
  • Escalating queries and concerns including appropriate resolving customer complaints.
  • Accountable on customer requirement for both and documentation and physical product.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints to support activity of customer audit and update relate report to Customer / Concern Department
  • Ensure customer service process align with company compliance and guidelines.
  • Develop competencies/skillsets Knowing products inside and out by Attend essential sales training meeting.
  • Maintain organized Key account ,sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
  • Create and distribute presentations including supporting documents to help Sale team generate business leads.
  • Proactive communication and ensure that all customer requirements are processed promptly.
  • Creating and maintaining month-end sales collaborate with senior management reports and attend weekly meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer sciences, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Services/ Sales / Inter-market / Import & Export Operation/ Supply Planning or other Supply Chain
  • Proficient in English both speaking and writing.
  • Computer literacy, Excel/ Word required and experience or familiar with SAP system would be advantage
  • Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards. (IATF16949, ISO14001)
