Introduction:

Reporting to Sales Director This is new created role to aggressively approach the Korean market for natural stone and artificial stone processing, and develop our client customer base in Korea. This is a highly strategic role for the further development of the company. Target markets would be interior design, kitchen manufacturers, bathroom manufacturers, and could extend to tombstones. The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for all sales activities of the companys equipment in assigned accounts and territories, in South Korea. The targeted equipment is stone processing machinery for cutting, drilling, milling, profiling, and finishing. It could extend to the tooling for the machines. Such responsibilities include but are not limited to, cold calls, prospecting, qualifying, closing, and maintaining post-sale relationships. The Territory Sales Representative is also responsible for maintaining all administrative requirements such as call reports and CRM updates.

Responsibilities:

o Present and sell the companys capital equipment to current and potential customers;

o Support existing sales network when required (as of this date, one dealer with a few accounts);

o Work in close collaboration with the Technical Application Manager (Korean), who is a specialist of the machinery and its applications on the market;

o Work closely with the Marketing Manager based in Japan to promote adequately the brand and its portfolio;

o Prepare action plans and schedules to increase sales volume in the territory;

o Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity, trade shows, etc.;

o Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts;

o Maintain sales materials and current product knowledge;

o Establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships;

o Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals;

o Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff;

o Participate in marketing events such as trade shows and seminars, sometimes abroad.



Requirements:

o Korean native (mandatory); English

o Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also required;

o Ability to develop and delier presentations;
