Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales targets in accordance with company KPIs.
2. Promote and sell paper chemicals and water treatment solutions to industrial/factory clients.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
4. Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in paper chemicals or water treatment industries.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to flexible work environments.
5. Possess a valid drivers license and own a personal vehicle for business travel.
