Introduction:

Salary: 120,000 - 200,000 THB

Location: Bangkok, Thailand and/or Malaysia

Responsibilities:

• Develop suppliers' due diligence capabilities in responsible value chain practices, aligned with Sustainability audit findings, and in collaboration with
• Responsible Sourcing and Supplier Sustainability Development functions.
• Provide guidance to suppliers and colleagues on sustainability practices.
• Explore and implement Continental internal and external leverage models, such as industry-related initiatives.
• Monitor local regulations pertaining to Responsible Value Chain practices globally, with a focus on Asian regulations, in coordination with Supplier Sustainability Development Asia.
• Lead and execute sustainability audits globally, including follow-up activities with suppliers.
• Document and report all sustainability audit-related activities to Supplier Sustainability Development and Responsible Sourcing.
• Assist in developing and updating processes related to Sustainability audits, in alignment with the Sustainability Audit Coordinator.

Requirements:

• University degree or higher, preferably in engineering or sustainability-related fields.
• Experience working with multinational companies and diverse environments.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Sustainability Supplier Development and auditing.
• Familiarity with ISO14001, ISO45001, and sustainability audit standards (e.g., SA8000), with auditing experience preferred.
• Strong independent work ethic with analytical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical programs.
• Fluency in Thai and English communication; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to undertake challenging roles involving travel abroad.
