Sustainability Supplier Development and Auditor (Asia Regional Role)

Introduction:
Salary: 120,000 - 200,000 THB
Location: Bangkok, Thailand and/or Malaysia
Responsibilities:
- Develop suppliers' due diligence capabilities in responsible value chain practices, aligned with Sustainability audit findings, and in collaboration with
- Responsible Sourcing and Supplier Sustainability Development functions.
- Provide guidance to suppliers and colleagues on sustainability practices.
- Explore and implement Continental internal and external leverage models, such as industry-related initiatives.
- Monitor local regulations pertaining to Responsible Value Chain practices globally, with a focus on Asian regulations, in coordination with Supplier Sustainability Development Asia.
- Lead and execute sustainability audits globally, including follow-up activities with suppliers.
- Document and report all sustainability audit-related activities to Supplier Sustainability Development and Responsible Sourcing.
- Assist in developing and updating processes related to Sustainability audits, in alignment with the Sustainability Audit Coordinator.
Requirements:
- University degree or higher, preferably in engineering or sustainability-related fields.
- Experience working with multinational companies and diverse environments.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Sustainability Supplier Development and auditing.
- Familiarity with ISO14001, ISO45001, and sustainability audit standards (e.g., SA8000), with auditing experience preferred.
- Strong independent work ethic with analytical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical programs.
- Fluency in Thai and English communication; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to undertake challenging roles involving travel abroad.
