Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities:

Designing innovative and cost-efficient procurement strategies.

Identifying and collaborating with trustworthy suppliers and vendors.

Negotiating favorable terms with suppliers and vendors.

Evaluating current contracts to ensure their continued viability.

Establishing and sustaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Authorizing purchase orders and coordinating the delivery of goods and services.

Conducting risk evaluations for potential contracts and agreements.

Managing the procurement budget while fostering a culture of cost savings.

Supervising IT systems to monitor shipments, inventory, and supply chains.

Compiling and presenting procurement reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.

Demonstrated experience as a Sourcing Manager or Procurement Manager.

Proficiency in sourcing, vendor management, and related software tools.

Strong understanding of market dynamics and solid business acumen.

Exceptional project management and leadership abilities.

Skilled in negotiation and maintaining effective networking relationships.

Proficient in working with numbers, as well as collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.

Strong decision-making skills and sound judgment.

English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 600 or higher.
