Shipping & Order Processing Coordinator
Introduction:
Our client, a High Precision Instruments Trading/Manufacturing Company (listed in Switzerland) is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales contract, LC checking, follow up shipment status to ensure delivery as per customer expected
- Assist sales personnel to prepare quotation to customer if necessary
- Any other tasks relating to the order administration management
- Take responsibility and participate on simple/basic administration work within HK office
- 13 months + variable bonus
- 15 days annual leave
- Medical insurance coverage
- 5-day work
- Public Holidays
Requirements:
- University graduate preferred
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- 5 years working experience in Order Management and Logistics
- Basic knowledge of L/C
- MS Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook) and basic knowledge of SAP system
