Introduction:

Our client due to expand , they are opening position for Senior Marketing & CRM Executive to market their premium Europe Automotive You will bring forth a strong arsenal of marketing strategies, leverage on the prowess of marketing technology, build on the research and knowledge of industry’s best practices and execute creative and effective strategies Spearhead, develop and implement loyalty marketing strategies to attract new customers, drive customer engagement and advocacy, cultivate long-term relationships, encourage continuous visits to events and servicing.

Responsibilities:


Marketing
• Develop and plan effective marketing strategy based on market segmentation (demographics and interests)
• Research on market trends, competitor brands and propose solutions for campaigns
• Develop advertising campaigns and media buy based on marketing strategy, objectives and budget
• Monitor, analyse, evaluate and report on campaign performance, effectiveness and ROI
• Work closely with Asia team, Sales and Aftersales to develop and execute advertising campaigns, content and activations 
• Work closely with media agencies to grow digital and OOH channels to increase brand visibility and market penetration on brand, on time and on budget
• Develop 360 brand marketing and funnel to drive purchase decisions using all communication touchpoints (OOH, SEM, SEO, social media, EDMs, mobile communications)
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets  and monitoring expenses
• Responsible for delivering digital marketing objectives, strategies, aligned to omni channel plans, conversion %, sales targets and other KPIs.
• Leverage on Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and automation to formulate data-driven analytics report and market relevant products to new and existing customers

Customer Loyalty
• Devise and develop a compelling value proposition for customer retention by highlighting the aftersales services and benefits available at key touch points
• Set up automated communications based on customer segments and lifecycle touch points
• Create end-to-end marketing campaigns across various community and social platforms to further increase the brand awareness and competitive edge and engage with customers, support customer satisfaction, foster a strong sense of loyalty and advocacy
• Design a comprehensive member engagement plan comprising a range of exclusive benefits, rewards, giveaways, and privileges, and engage regularly with members to foster a sense of community and appreciation
• Forge strategic alliances and partnerships with businesses, organisations, and sponsors to offer unique member-only exclusives and incentives
• Coordinate with internal teams to offer unique members-exclusive events, discounts, and behind-the-scenes access to special deals or programs 


Requirements:


• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or relevant discipline
• At least 4 years of proven, strong and relevant experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role
• Experienced in delivering 360 brand marketing strategies and full funnel campaigns with creativity and commercial awareness
• Experienced in customer relationship strategy and implementing effective targeted and automated campaigns
• Experienced in data segmentation and analysis
• Experienced in driving digital marketing campaigns (Google, SEM, social media, email marketing)
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
• Proficient in MS Office
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
• Highly organised and detail oriented with strong project management skills to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator 
• A team player who works proactively and autonomously in a fast-paced company with a hands-on approach
