Responsibilities:

Senior Logistics Officer (Custom and BOI) – Yearly contract

Salary: 60,000 – 70,000 THB.

Location: Eastern Seaboard IE, Rayong

This position requires someone with experience in logistics, operations and an understanding of the broader global supply chain. Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Liaising with existing logistics providers both in Thailand and China

• Monthly reporting on business logistics performance

• Data analysis on current distribution networks and end to end supply chain improvement

• Input, update and maintain relevant information in the company’s business system

• Provide support for export, marketing and commercial activities

• Ensure accurate and timely dispatch, letters of credit and supporting documentation

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or another relevant degree

• Computer software tools - specifically SAP and Excel

• Experience in preparing full set of export shipping documentations

• Strong English speaking skills are essential as you will be expected to deliver reports to people across the business.

• Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• A sense of urgency & high attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
