Introduction:

We are hiring chemists to develop and improve water-based paints and related materials (like special glues/polymers) used for buildings, roofs, wood, and metal. Your work will involve making sure the products are high-quality and meet market demands. You'll also team up with our sales group to share technical knowledge about new products with customers and help solve any technical issues they might have, both in Thailand and overseas.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop new water-based paints and related materials (like emulsion polymers) for various applications such as decorative paint, roof paint, wood coating, and metal coating.
2. Test and improve existing products to ensure high quality and market competitiveness.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to introduce new product technical information to customers.
4. Provide technical support and solve customer issues, both domestically and internationally.

Requirements:

1. Experience working with water-based paints in industries like decorative paint, roof paint, wood coating, or metal coating.
2. Knowledge of emulsion polymerization and emulsion polymers is preferred.
3. Ability to communicate and write effectively in English.
4. Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Science, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
5. Willingness to travel internationally.
