We're seeking a driven individual to champion our client industry-leading waterproofing solutions within the building & construction industry. You'll leverage your technical expertise to build trust with clients, drive sales, and ensure projects succeed.
What You'll Do:
Become a Sales Rainmaker: Develop winning sales strategies and convert leads into loyal customers.
Analyze market trends and build a robust pipeline through targeted prospecting.
Technical Expertise, Client Confidence: Deliver exceptional customer service by presenting product solutions, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Project Champion: Partner with the Projects Team to ensure timely product delivery and meet project specifications. Develop accurate tracking reports and insightful sales forecasts.
Industry Influencer: Become a trusted advisor by promoting our brand to architects, engineers, and other key decision-makers. Organize networking events to nurture relationships and generate new sales opportunities.
Who You Are:
Building & Construction Rockstar: 5 years of experience in the industry, ideally with waterproofing knowledge, is a must.
Proven Sales Prowess: A track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical B2B environment.
Technical Guru: A strong understanding of waterproofing systems and solutions, allowing you to confidently advise clients.
Communication Master: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Team Player with Independence: You can thrive in a collaborative environment while also taking ownership of your projects.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
