Introduction:

Sales Specialist (Car Dealer)

Responsibilities:

Account Management:

• Engage with dealerships, ensure timely payments, and manage customer accounts.
• Follow up on sales targets and complete assigned tasks.

Strategy:

• Monitor market conditions, customer needs, and competition.
• Implement car dealer business strategies, including sales targets and product plans.

Technical:

• Collaborate with teams to provide customer solutions and meet quality standards.
• Provide training to sales staff and technicians.

Reporting:

• Prepare monthly reports on sales forecasts, market trends, and customer segmentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Business Development:

• Develop new car dealer customers and partnerships to meet sales goals.

Partners/Retail Management:

• Support retail networks in achieving sales targets.
• Provide coaching and training to retail staff.

Store Profit Tracking:

• Analyze store performance and suggest strategies to increase margins.

Marketing Guidance:

• Coordinate with marketing to align retail strategies and promotions.

Feedback:

• Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Good in English and communication
• Good presentation skills
• Experience in Car Dealer/ or Retail network management, customer management, and training
• Experience in technical function is a plus
• 5 years of Experience in Tire business or related field
• Advanced experience in cooperation with external customers
• Multi-international company working or cooperation experience is a plus
