Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  2. Manage and expand the customer base, focusing on industrial and manufacturing clients.
  3. Build strong relationships with local and international customers; conduct presentations, negotiations, and close deals.
  4. Lead and manage the sales team by setting targets, monitoring performance, and developing team capabilities.
  5. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and define effective sales strategies.
  6. Coordinate with production, engineering, and related teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  7. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and analysis for management review and decision-making.
  8. Maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  9. Utilize existing networks and industry connections to generate new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of sales experience in packaging, electronics, or automotive industries.
  3. Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both spoken and written.
  4. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  5. Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings or off-site work.
  6. Existing client base in the industrial/manufacturing sector is a plus.
  7. Strong leadership, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
