Sales Manager (Chinese & English Speaking)

Introduction:
Manufacturers of packaging materials for automotive parts, electrical appliances, and furniture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve company revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Manage, maintain, and expand the customer base, with a primary focus on industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both domestic and international clients; conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales effectively.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team by setting clear targets, tracking performance, and developing team capabilities.
- Analyze market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities and propose appropriate sales strategies.
- Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and related departments to ensure products and services are delivered in accordance with customer requirements and agreed timelines.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and analytical summaries for senior management review and strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Leverage existing industry networks and client relationships to generate new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
Requirements:
- Age 25 years or above.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales / Manufacturing Sales (factory components, machinery, raw materials, OEM, B2B solutions).
- Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, spoken and written.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel to meet clients and work off-site when required.
- Existing customer base within the industrial/manufacturing sector is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, proactive mindset, and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Good understanding of factory operations and manufacturing processes.
- Experience selling industrial products such as machinery, factory components, raw materials, OEM, or B2B solutions.
