Introduction:

Sales & Business Development Manager for Automotive components industry based on Amata city, Rayong

Responsibilities:

• Managing both existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
• Develop strategies and analyze trend to achieve company goals while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with products and services.
• Manage existing customer relationships across all channels.
• Leading the extended RFQ team, to ensure commercial success regarding pricing, monitoring costs caused by all disciplines.
• Recognize trends and market including customer needs, building a business development pipeline in accordance with targets
• Responsible for program management and effective program management along with business acquisition to the successful SOP, ensuring the targets on Quality, Cost and Time schedule.
• Control product pricing and detailed data to support concerned stakeholder
• Involve in implementation of product technology to enhance manufacturing process and develop risk management plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related fields
• Over 10 years of experience in Automotive sales (1st Tier is preferred)
• Fluent in English and ability to communicate in Japanese is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation and selling skills

• Background knowledge of TS16949, APQP process, quality standards&requirements, purchasing & budgeting
• Ability to provide effective win-win solutions that would pursue collaboration among all stakeholders.
