Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management system and annual EHS plan
2. Prepare and manage the EHS budget and monthly action plans
3. Ensure compliance with Thai occupational health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations
4. Oversee EHS activities for both plant operations and construction projects
5. Conduct safety inspections and audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
6. Develop and maintain emergency response plans for incidents such as fires, chemical spills, and other emergencies
7. Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions
8. Deliver EHS training and promote safety awareness among employees and contractors

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in EHS or safety management within the chemical or manufacturing industry
3. Strong knowledge of Thai occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, including EIA requirements
4. Valid driver's license
5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
6. Fluent in English
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS management software
8. Good understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
