Retail Manager (FMCG)

Responsibilities:
- Expected to manager Sales Floor Operation, Staff Management and Customer Service
- Implement Merchandising doing and conduct Market Research on customer ever changing buying behaviour
- Prepare and execute advertising and promotion plans, budgets and schedules; plan and execute effective merchandise zoning, layout and display working closely with Visual Display team and vendors to present merchandise in an exciting and interesting manner to portray the desired concept / theme.
- Prepare Sales Budgets / Reports & Ensure Stock Inventory are at its optimal level
- Ensure that all staff observe safety and security procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree /Diploma in Business Admin
- Min 6 years of experience in Retail Management (FMCG )with 3 years in a supervisory role
- Merchandising background is a must have
- Customer focus
- Good Leadership and Communication skill
