Our clients is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Quality Control Manager to join our client team in Si Racha, Chonburi. If you have a strong background in quality management systems and a proven track record of ensuring product excellence, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all quality control activities and operations to ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
2. Manage quality assurance personnel and implement quality control plans.
3. Monitor, set targets for, and evaluate performance, providing guidance for improvement to subordinates.
4. Resolve and make decisions when problems arise during operations.
5. Troubleshoot issues from incoming inspection, through in-process, to outgoing processes; implement process improvements to enhance work efficiency.
6. Communicate with customers to confirm quality meets their needs.
7. Manage labor control and work assignments for subordinates.
8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality.
9. Report quality issues to management and document quality operating procedures.
10. Oversee procedures to ensure products meet quality standards and requirements.
11. Conduct QC inspections, customer audits, and quality risk analysis at the production line.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager.
3. Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 Improvement, and 5S systems.
4. Proficiency in Korean communication is preferred.
