Introduction:

The QA Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a QA management role, specifically within the steel fabrication and automotive painting sectors.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain the quality management system in accordance with ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and TS 16949). 
2. Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of quality in all products and processes. 
3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. 
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. 
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions. 
6. Prepare and present quality reports to senior management. 
7. Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices. 
8. Maintain accurate documentation related to quality management activities. 

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a QA management role within the steel fabrication and automotive painting industry. 
2. Strong knowledge of ISO standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and TS 16949. 
3. Proven track record of leading quality improvement projects. 
4. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
