Responsibilities:

1. Manage the overall project execution from project initiation through final acceptance, ensuring project schedule, cost, quality, and key milestones are achieved
2. Develop detailed project plans and coordinate key milestones covering R&D design, material procurement, assembly, installation, commissioning, FAT, and final project acceptance
3. Lead on-site project delivery, including equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and acceptance activities
4. Identify and resolve technical, operational, and coordination issues at project sites, making timely decisions to ensure smooth project execution
5. Coordinate internal and external resources according to project requirements and establish project teams with clear roles and responsibilities
6. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule
7. Coordinate closely with engineering, production, procurement, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
8. Regularly report project status, key issues, risks, and important decisions to the project team and management
9. Monitor and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project progress, quality, and deliverables meet agreed requirements
10. Ensure project activities comply with quality standards, technical requirements, safety requirements, and agreed project timelines
11. Support continuous improvement of project execution processes and contribute to effective risk and quality control

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Project Management, or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in site management, project management, or engineering project execution
3. Experience in industrial automation, machinery, equipment installation, system integration, or manufacturing projects is highly preferred
4. Strong understanding of project management processes, including project planning, scheduling, cost, quality, risk management, and project acceptance
5. Experience in installation and commissioning of industrial equipment or automation systems
6. Experience coordinating and managing suppliers, subcontractors, and cross-functional project teams
7. Experience with FAT, commissioning, SAT/site acceptance, or similar project delivery processes is highly preferred
8. PMP certification is preferred
9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
10. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
11. Strong ability to work under pressure and handle multiple project priorities simultaneously
12. High sense of responsibility, proactive working attitude, and strong teamwork skills
13. Willingness to work on-site and travel when required for project execution
14. Able to speak in Mandarin as need to liaise with China Customer in Thailand and Internal Kuka China Team.
