Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage solar installation projects within timelines, budgets, and project scope.
• Coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth collaboration.
• Visit and supervise project sites, including provincial areas.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Control project costs and resources to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure installation quality and compliance with legal and industry standards.
• Prepare progress reports and recommend improvements for project efficiency.
• Manage project risks and handle potential issues during execution.
• Ensure timely project delivery with complete documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of project management experience (preferably in energy or solar).
• Professional engineering license (PE). Strong team management and coordination skills.
• Ability to travel for site supervision, including provincial areas.
• Knowledge of energy-related laws and construction standards.
• Able to work under pressure and solve problems flexibly.
• Good in English (both written and spoken).
