Introduction:

Location: Bangkok

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review comprehensive monthly CAPEX reports for stakeholders.
2. Lead the planning, execution, and supervision of banking and treasury activities specific to projects.
3. Coordinate closely with internal and external functions/departments on all regulatory compliance matters.
4. Coordinate with the Project Supply Chain team to manage project funding, including the issuance of Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees (BGs).
5. Develop cash requirement plans and ensure effective fund management for all capital projects.
6. Oversee accurate and timely overseas payments to international vendors.
7. Ensure proper and timely management of project spending against budgets.
8. Oversee the processing of project bills and ensure accurate asset capitalization as per company policies.
9. Regularly monitor and report on CAPEX and cash flow status for project review and monitoring.
10. Ensure full compliance with all local laws, taxation (including WHT, VAT), customs regulations, and other legal requirements related to banking, project spending, and international payments.

Requirements:

1. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA/ICWA) with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience specifically in Project Finance and Bill Processing, OR
2. A Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or an MBA, with 10-12 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, banking, or finance, with a strong focus on project accounting in Thailand.
3. Demonstrated experience in banking and treasury management.
4. Proven experience in plant finance and project accounts within a reputable manufacturing company.
5. Strong financial knowledge, particularly in accounting principles and project finance.
6. Proficiency with SAP and strong analytical skills.
7. In-depth knowledge of tax, WHT, VAT, and other statutory regulations.
8. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with proficiency in English.
