Introduction:

WHA1 Pluak Daeng, Rayong

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage workplace safety within the production area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing preventive measures to minimize workplace accidents
2. Control and monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements
3. Plan, monitor, and follow up on production schedules and delivery plans to ensure on-time completion and fulfillment of production targets
4. Manage production costs and implement cost reduction initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity
5. Maintain and continuously improve workplace management standards, including 6S implementation and housekeeping activities
6. Supervise production personnel on a daily basis, including manpower allocation, training, performance monitoring, and work schedule management
7. Monitor daily production performance, analyze operational issues, and coordinate corrective actions to resolve production-related problems effectively
8. Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned by management

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
2. Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
3. Good leadership skills with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
4. At least 3 years of experience in production management, manufacturing operations, or production engineering within the electronics, machinery, or automotive industries
5. Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and able to use Chinese effectively as a working language
