Introduction:

Lead product portfolio growth by developing marketing strategies, managing P&L, and driving successful product launches. Oversee marketing execution, budget optimization, and team performance to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate in setting business objectives, marketing strategies, and managing the P&L of the assigned product portfolio.
2. Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans to effectively support all assigned marketing activities.
3. Manage the product portfolio, drive new product development, and plan effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
4. Oversee and control marketing plans and new product launch activities to ensure successful execution.
5. Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.
6. Lead and supervise team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Open to all genders; age not over 50 years old.
3. Minimum 8 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, and Marketing.
4. Strong knowledge of Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, and Digital Marketing.
5. Solid understanding of Marketing Communications, Advertising, and Integrated Marketing Campaign Planning.
6. Experience in Product Development and New Product Launches.
7. Strong analytical, business strategy, budgeting, and P&L management skills.
8. Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
9. Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management.
10. Creative mindset, strong sense of ownership, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
11. Good command of English will be an advantage.
