Bo Thong, Chonburi

Responsibilities:

1. Define, manage, and improve production processes for a new plant setup.
2. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and SMED.
3. Monitor daily production to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
4. Coordinate with planners to maximize capacity and meet customer demand.
5. Analyze and resolve production issues to ensure smooth operations.
6. Train staff on safety, quality standards, and process improvements.
7. Track and report production KPIs and performance metrics.
8. Lead internal/global meetings to drive productivity and capacity enhancements.
9. Support manpower planning and ensure team readiness.
10. Conduct Lean training sessions for employees.
11. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or process improvement role.
3. Strong knowledge of productivity tools (OEE, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
4. Experienced in ISO13485 and ISO9001 environments.
5. Good leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
6. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
7. Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
8. Able to work well under pressure.
