Introduction:

Our client, a fast growing Bunker Oil Supplier is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, attend, and represent the company at marine industry associations and events (e.g., IBIA, Hong Kong Maritime events, and other regional conferences).
2. Develop and distribute professional press releases and thought-leadership articles to highlight company milestones, sustainability initiatives, and new services.
3. Manage and regularly update the company website, including news, sustainability pages, product catalogues, and downloadable resources.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with maritime media, industry associations, and partners.
5. Support the preparation of marketing collateral, sponsorship proposals, and promotional materials.
6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify PR and marketing opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
2. 3+ years of relevant experience in PR, marketing, or corporate communications 
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
4. Proven ability to write clear, professional press releases and web content
5. Experience managing websites (WordPress or similar) and basic digital marketing tools
6. Confident networker who enjoys attending industry events and building relationships
7. Strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently
